Now and forever is the commitment many lovers make to each other. Now and forever is the timeframe we would like to have for our health, wealth, and prosperity. We want security, commitment, passion, and spontaneity in our relationships and lives, now and forever.
It is commonplace for mental health and mental fitness experts to give the following advice, " Live in the present. Live in the Now!" Living in the present is a wonderful concept for people who want to escape from the insidious pain from their past or for people who want to make changes in their lives.

Usual and Customary is a concept used in the insurance and managed care industries to regulate practices and determine fees for procedures and providers as well as benefits for customers. Basically, the company determines what is Usual and Customary regarding their policies, procedures, benefits and reimbursement schedules. As a customer or provider you either take it or leave it.
What is so amazing to me is the unbelievable discrepancy between different companies in regard to what is Usual and Customary. Usual and Customary is not fair, right or in the best interest of the customer or provider. Usual and Customary is best for the insurance company and managed care company.
Usual and Customary policies, procedures, benefits and reimbursement schedules are reality. Our choice is to accept or reject the insurance or managed care company.

"Messing up" is any self-defeating behavior or behavior that is destructive or harmful to others. "Messing up" also includes behaviors that violate societal mores and laws. 
Everybody "messes up". "Messing up" is normal. Although "messing up" is normal, "messing up" can destroy and deprive us of the benefits of success.
People are often motivated to stop "messing up", because they have lost happiness, peace of mind, freedom and control over their own lives.
