I Am Loved

"I am loved" is a wonderful affirmation for the New Year.  What would the next year be like, if we thought about our relationships from the perspective of what is right rather than what is wrong.

I think it is human nature to become absorbed with feeling "unloved" when we experienced disappointment and failed expectations in our relationships.  We dwell on the hurt of feeling unloved and soon began to think that we are not loved.

We look for the smallest indications that confirm that we are unloved.  We hoard the feelings and memories of feeling unloved.  We analyze our relationships with eyes covered with lenses stained by feeling unloved.  We live in a world of feeling unloved.

How much better could our life be, if we could remember to think and feel "we are loved"?

I found this inspirational writing

from a 16-year-old in the Philippines.  His website is entitled The Other Side of the Heart.  Here is what he had to say on feeling "I am loved":

"I am fortunate and blessed...

I am loved...

I have no reason to be sad, or in despair, for I am loved...

I will be able to succeed in changing myself, for there is hope...

I will not give up the fight... for I am loved...

I am not alone... for I have people who do love me...

I am happy, happier than I've ever been, for I am loved...

I am lucky to have people who love me...

I am fortunate to have been able to touch the lives of other people...

I am not worthless or useless, because I am loved...

I am loved...

Thank you so much... Thank you for everything - for the friends you have given me, to show how much you love me... And as for my friends, thank you for everything... for being there... for helping me realize that I am not worthless... that I am loved... that I have hope... that my life has some meaning... I love all of you... Thank you all so much.

I am happy... I am blessed... I am loved. I hope that you realize that you are also loved and blessed."

I want to thank this writer for his awareness and sensitivity regarding the empowering emotion released when we are feeling loved.

I want to especially thank my wife for loving me.  I have felt loved by her for over 40 years.  I also want to thank God, my family, friends, clients and acquaintances for their love.  I am loved. I know I am loved.  I hope you also feel loved.  I hope we can absorb, feel and spread love and "I am loved" this year.

Yup! This is a great one.

I still remember one year ago, I hate myself, I hate my life and I hate my own body. This leaves me lazy, boring and not effective in life. I sleep very late, play games whole day long and eat very unhealthy food.

When I realize this, I start to tell myself "I love myself." Immediately, I felt so much love and I'm sharing my love with others. I start to do online business and start to keep myself healthy. I created an inspiring dream of having people in the world have a great health and life a life they are inspired and fulfilled!
