Sherry A.

In encountering some adversity in my life these past few day's, I chose to handle my situation with where I was at that very moment, therefore I was able to keep my mind clear of old clutter and focus on what was on my plate at that very moment. I was able to deal with my "situation" much easier, keeping focused on what was happening "now", not 5 years ago, or even further back then that. Sure does make life much easier!! And, I think I came off as making more sense. So, I accomplished my goal, for now; I'll deal with it again if I have to, but I will stay focused on where I am at, when the time comes. It's really to difficult and meaningless to let the past, or "what if's" get in my way!

Learning everyday to live within the enviroment I create for ME!

As always, Thank You!

Dr. Hal

Sherry,

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Living in the present makes living our lives much easier.
