Every day I wake to a new day, and a time to remind myself that I will live for today only. I do not have to overwhelm myself regarding what was, or what will be...just live for this one day. Of course there are times I must plan ahead regarding future things, but for the most part I stay in the now. I do not get worked up over an event I must attend tonight, or what I will wear, etc. I just stay in the now and I have noticed a great relief in my anxiety issues. How simple can this get, with practice of course. I feel like a school girl sometimes, taking a course on "life 101"! It's fun and its easy, as long as i do my homework. I don't have to feel the weight of the world on my shoulder anymore. No wonder my shoulder feels darn tired all the time. So now, I also make time to just relax, listen to the new water fountain I bought for what I call my peaceful room, and just take time away from the stressors of day to day living, because I choose to live in an enviroment created for me!!! And, I love it!!!
