15 Mind Empowering Functions

Mind Functions!  Have you ever thought about the mysterious functions of the mind:

  1. Necessary for success?
  2. That cause pain, dissatisfaction and failure in your life?
  3. That determine the quality of your life?
  4. That are necessary to change the quality of your life?
  5. That determine the environment in which you live?

Today let me entice your curiosity by telling you about these 15 Mind Functions.

There are innumerable mind functions.  I do not intend to address exhaustively the functions of the mind and the relationships between the mind and brain. 

Rather, I am only focusing on Mind Functions from a psychological perspective.  These Mind Functions create, sustain and change our personalities and quality of life.  These Mind Functions determine our successes and failures. 

Identifying and applying these Mind Functions empowers people to turn pain into joy, weakness and strength, and failure into success.

These Are the 15 Mind Functions for

  1. Freedom to make changes in your life when you don't know what to do;
  2. Changing your thoughts, feelings, behavior, relationships, health, activities for greater success;
  3. Guiltless identifying when you are "messing up" and need to make new choices in your life;
  4. Anxiety Free determination of what are the best choices for you to make in any and all aspects of your life;
  5. Successfully achieving any or all of your goals and experiencing the benefits of success;
  6. Easily coping with all of the frustrations in your life;
  7. Paradoxically, turning self-defeating and painful behavior into success and happiness;
  8. Fail proof process for evaluating choice making in order to ensure short-term and long-term success;
  9. Having the power and flexibility to separate from your past and live in the present;
  10. Neutralizing and detaching from creating problems and pain in your relationships;
  11. Creating dream relationships  and restoring disconnected relationships;
  12. Discovering and applying rational and logical thinking in your life;
  13. Self-Concept makeovers and creating self-esteem;
  14. Spontaneously becoming free to have fun, laughter and enjoyment in your life; and
  15. Experiencing forgiveness for self-defeating behavior and relief from guilt and painful emotions.

These Mind Functions have consciously created you and the quality of your life.  Consciously applying these Mind Functions will give you freedom and control over your life.  With these Mind Functions you can have peace of mind and happiness instead of distress and painful emotions.

Remember, You Live within the Environment Created by Your Choices!
