The System with 15 Exercises for Managing Your Life

The North Star Mental Fitness Program is a system for organizing your mind, making decisions and developing mental fitness.  The processes and organization you will need to solve problems, improve relationships, reach your dreams and achieve your goals are part of the system. 

The different parts of the system can be used solely to make life decisions or in combination.

If you want a system for organizing your mind, improving your focus, finishing projects, coping with frustration, managing self-defeating behavior and becoming mentally strong, read on

There are articles for improving mental fitness with great ideas such as Ten Steps to Mental Fitness as found in Lifehacker's site "I Love My Environment".   Articles like the above have great ideas, but there is no organized system and specific exercises for developing mental fitness.

There are a lot of articles on exercising the brain to slow down the decline of mental abilities with age and associated with some illnesses.  Susan Tannen presented an interesting article Mental fitness--exercises for the brain.

The North Star Mental Fitness is not a program to slow down the effects of aging or illness on cognitive functioning.  Our program is to help you organize your mind, thinking and have general solutions for managing your life.

The North Star System give you the tools or exercises to manage your life from 15 different perspectives:

THE FREEDOM CHOICE:  How to become free from your past and present problems.

THE RIGHT CHOICE:  Procedure to change thoughts, feelings, behavior, relationships, activities and external circumstances.

THE WAKE UP CHOICE:  Identification of your wants, needs and what you need to do to take care of you and become successful.

THE BIG CHOICE:  The procedure and criterion for taking care of you.

THE POWER CHOICE:  Three step procedure for success and successful caring for you.

THE RESPONSIBLE CHOICE:  The procedure for managing frustration.

THE TURN AROUND CHOICE:  The procedure to stop "messing Up".

THE CHECK POINT CHOICE:  The procedure to monitor and evaluate your choices.

THE TIME CHOICE:  The procedure and purpose for living in the present.

THE RELATIONSHIP CHOICE:  The procedure for heart-warming relationships.

THE RELATIONSHIP TURN AROUND CHOICE:  The procedure to stop "messing up" in your relationships.

THE CHILD CHOICE:  Having fun, spontaneous emotions and activities.

THE ADULT CHOICE:  Making logical, rational and practical decisions.

THE PARENT CHOICE:  Being a good parent to yourself.

THE LETTING GO CHOICE:  Procedure for letting go of "messing up", guilt and painful emotions.

Organize your life and mind.  You can find solutions to your problems with improved mental fitness.
