I will be blogging about mental fitness and the ingredients of mental fitness for ordinary people, who want more satisfaction and mental strength in their lives with less effort. If you have ever tackled a job without sufficient knowledge and the right tools, you know how difficult a job can be. With knowledge and the right tools, the same job can be completed with less effort, while increasing your satisfaction.
Now there are tools for managing life. Now you can have an instructive manual for your life!
I want you to have the 15 tools or procedures for making life decisions! We all know the importance of tools. Fox example, once you know how to use a screwdriver, you can use the tool for any application needing a screw to hold something together. There are all kind of tools and each tool makes a job easier.

After completing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I have been a fully licensed psychologist in private practice for over 30 years. Now, I Am a Life in Mental Fitness Coach. During my career, I have seen many people grow and improve the quality of their lives, while others have failed.
Understanding "why people change or don't change" has been my passion and professional focus. As I listened to my clients and observed their struggles to change, I was able to identify 15 mental fitness solutions for solving every problem.

Great post, Dr. Hal, I love the way you are asking readers for their feedback. That's excellent. Even though it takes a certain mass of numbers before readers start commenting, they at least know where you are coming from and where you are going and that you're aware and interested.
